We need to get the horsebox in safely, set up on level ground and leave enough room for people to queue. Entrances and emergency routes need to stay clear too.
Send us a photo of the space and the way in, or a simple site plan. We’ll check it against how we’re serving and confirm whether the spot works. A lovely field is only useful if we can actually get into it.
